Adding another pet? The second pet is 15% off any Care plan and every pet after that is 20% off. One home vaccination visit covers every pet in the house — no second call-out.

Tick and flea treatment (Fiprotec) plus internal deworming (Dewormix) are included. If you prefer a specific brand and we stock it, it is charged separately at your membership discount.

On Premium Care the vaccination visits happen at your home, with no call-out fee and no travel charge within 20 km of the Centre. Beyond that, travel is AED 50 a visit. Anything else the vet does while there is charged at your member rate.
