Presidential — largest suite, premium bedding, extended outdoor access, daily enrichment included.
Suite — spacious private room with daily play sessions and structured routine.
Standard — comfortable private room with daily walks and group or solo play depending on temperament.
Mini — for smaller dogs or shorter stays.

Cat boarding — purpose-built cattery

Presidential cat suites, regular suites, and standard rooms. A dedicated cat play area — not cage confinement. Designed by feline behaviour principles, kept dog-free at all times.

Structured daycare

Supervised group play for dogs, dedicated feline play for cats. Special-needs programmes for senior, anxious, or recovering pets.

Medical supervision

Ideal for post-surgery boarding, regular medication, and senior or special-needs pets — your vet team is on-site.

Same-day photo update sent to you once your pet is settled and comfortable in their private room.

Daily Updates

Feeding, play, mood, and any vet notes if relevant — you stay informed throughout the entire stay.

Live Camera Access

24/7 access to your pet's private room camera, so you can check in anytime, day or night.

Step 06

Check-Out

Written report on the stay included, with optional grooming or vet check available on the day of pick-up.

How does camera access work?

You receive a private login at check-in and can view your pet's room 24/7 until check-out.

What vaccinations are required?

Up-to-date core vaccines and a recent parasite-prevention treatment. Bring your vaccination card at check-in.

Can my pet stay if it's on medication?

Yes — that's one of our strengths. Bring the prescription and dosing notes; our vet team supervises administration.

What's your cancellation policy?

A 1-hour notice is required for daily appointments; multi-night boarding has its own deposit terms — see Terms.

Can dogs and cats be boarded at the same time?

Yes, but they are housed in entirely separate zones; cats never see or hear dogs.

Is there a minimum stay?

No minimum — daycare-only options are available too.
