CANCELLATION POLICY
Whilst we understand that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled due to an emergency, we require a 1 hour notice to cancel a scheduled appointment as this gives us an opportunity to rebook the slot. Please let us know of your intention to cancel your appointment at the earliest available opportunity.
LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS POLICY
A no-show/late cancellation fee will be levied from your loyalty points account. For more information on the points deduction please click here. (“click here” will redirect the page to the Loyalty points T & C)
COLLECTION POLICY
A collection time will be agreed with you when you leave your pet with us. Please contact us if you are going to be late. Failure to collect your pet at the arranged time, or notify us that you will be late, may incur a holding fee
AGGRESSIVE AND POORLY SOCIALIZED PETS POLICY
You MUST advise us if your pet suffers with aggression of any form.
Groomy reserve the right to refuse to groom any pet at risk of harming itself or any member of staff. If your pet has been accepted for grooming & displays aggression during its session, the groom will be terminated immediately.
You will be contacted to collect your pet, even if the groom is only partially completed. In these cases, the customer will be required to pay the full starting price for the groom because at that point we cannot fill the appointment.
The client understands that they will be held liable for all bites/injuries caused by their dog.
